Back on Home Turf: Why CIHS 2025 Was a Turning Point for Yuyao Jiacheng Tools

It has been a few months since the lights went out at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC), but the momentum from the China International Hardware Show (CIHS) 2025 is still driving our factory floor in Yuyao.

From October 10th to 12th, Booth W2B57 wasn't just a display space; it was a meeting ground for old friends and new partners. Being a Yuyao-based manufacturer, exhibiting in Shanghai felt like playing on our home turf. It gave us the unique opportunity to not just tell buyers about our capacity, but to invite them to see it.

 The "Gas-Powered" Pipe Welder

If you walked past our booth, you likely saw the crowd gathered around our live demo station. We showcased our patent-protected Gas-Powered Pipe Welder. In an industry dominated by heavy, corded machines or battery tools that fade quickly, seeing a 250g lightweight tool run for 10 hours without electricity was a shock to many.

We didn't just show a tool; we showed a solution for working in the rain and high-altitude environments where traditional electric welders fail.

Validation of Our "Yuyao Quality"

Beyond the new tech, our core OEM staples—PVC Pipe Cutters and heavy-duty Copper Tube Cutters—drew significant attention from global procurement officers.

Why? Because we brought the data to back up our claims. We shared our internal quality reports showing a defect rate consistently below 0.5%. For the buyers who took the short trip from Shanghai to our 2,667 m² facility in Yuyao after the show, they saw our 40+ sets of CNC machinery in action.
